Ways it opens

That last one matters more than the rest together. It is the answer to the question everybody asks.
What the fitted price covers
A survey of the door before anything is ordered, the lock itself, fitting it to your existing mechanism, setting the account up in your name, and showing you how to run it.
If the survey finds your door will not take this lock we say so, and there is nothing to pay. We would rather lose the sale than fit onto a door that cannot hold it.
